ABERON Ltd. is part of a consortium with lead partner HR Wallingford, which is developing the National Flood Risk Management Plan (FRMP) - Cycle 2 of the Floods Directive (2007/60 EEC).
ABERON reviews the preliminary measures developed by the leading British research institute under the methodology for multi-criteria analysis and cost-benefit analysis provided by the World Bank, thus ensuring the Bulgarian perspective and compliance with the Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment and the most critical areas of potential flood risk hazard and floodrisk in the country.
ABERON will further assist the World Bank in conducting the public consultations on the adoption of PURN-2.
